🌱 Is it really suitable for my garden / balcony?
Yes — our kits are specifically designed for urban and semi-urban spaces: balcony, terrace, small garden, wooden planter or window box, border edge. Each sheet clearly indicates the ideal exposure (sun, partial shade, shade). If in doubt, you can write to us before ordering.
🌸 Will it really look beautiful?
Yes — and sustainably. Our compositions are structured (balanced heights), designed for staggered flowering, and aesthetic even outside flowering (foliage, silhouettes). You're not just buying plants: you're buying a coherent and evolving landscape composition.
🐝 Does it really attract pollinators?
Yes. We select species recommended by Natagora for their ecological interest. Result: wild bees, butterflies, hoverflies, natural auxiliaries. Even a few square meters can make a difference.
🪴 I don't have a green thumb. Is this for me?
Yes. Our kits are designed for motivated beginners, urban gardeners, and people who want natural without complexity. You receive: a clear planting plan, simple maintenance tips, a robust and hardy palette. Maintenance decreases significantly after the first year.
💧 Will I have to water all the time?
No. Indigenous plants are adapted to our climate. After installation: regular watering the first few weeks, then only during dry periods. They consume much less water than classic horticultural annuals.
🌡 What about heat waves?
Our compositions are more resilient than exotic plants. In containers: deep but spaced watering, mulching recommended, avoid containers that are too thin in full sun. We provide all recommendations in the care sheet.
📦 What exactly do I receive?
Depending on the kit: the selected plants, a planting diagram, a clear care sheet, our installation tips. Potting soil and containers are not included (unless specifically mentioned).
📅 When is the best time to plant?
Ideally: autumn (best rooting) or spring (also very good). You can plant frost-free almost all year round.
♻️ Where do the plants come from?
We prioritize local producers, cultivation without heavy treatments, species adapted to our soils. Our approach is consistent from selection to planting.
🌾 What's the difference from a regular garden center?
At a garden center, you buy individual plants. At Atelier Symbiose, you receive a coherent composition, ecologically designed, aesthetically balanced, adapted to your exposure, with support. It's a turnkey project.

Each order is carefully prepared by hand: selection of the best plants, protection of roots and foliage, preparation of your planting plan and advice sheets. 📦 Shipping within 3 to 5 business days. Delivery costs cover protective packaging, logistics preparation and shipping. The amount is calculated automatically based on weight, size and delivery address. 🌱 Plants are fragile living beings requiring adapted packaging and fast transport — that's why costs may be slightly higher than for standard items. 📍 Delivery zones: Belgium 🇧🇪 and France 🇫🇷 (some regions). Upon receipt: unpack quickly, water lightly if necessary, install or place away from direct sunlight. Plants may appear stressed from transport — they usually recover very quickly. 📩 Problem?
